Privacy Policy — Fit Elite Maintenance Desk

The Maintenance Desk at maintenance.fitelite.ph is an internal tool of Fit Elite Corporation, an authorised franchisee operating gyms in the Philippines. It is used by our club staff, managers and shareholders to report and track repairs at our clubs. It is not open to the public.

What we collect

• Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture (Google scopes openid, email, profile). We use your email only to check whether you are on our staff list and which clubs you may see. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
• Maintenance records you enter: issue descriptions, photos of the problem and the repair, names and contact numbers of the staff reporting, repair costs and comments.
• Activity log: who viewed or changed which ticket, when, and from which IP address, so we can keep the records accountable.

How we use it

Only to run maintenance at our clubs: routing requests, following up on repairs, sending e-mail notifications about tickets to the people responsible for that club, and month-end cost reports. We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

On Google Cloud in Singapore (asia-southeast1), with access limited to Fit Elite Corporation. Photos are private and are only shown to signed-in staff who are allowed to see that club. Notification e-mails are sent through our Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

Maintenance records are kept for as long as we operate the clubs, because they are part of our property and accounting records. When someone leaves, their access is switched off; tickets they filed remain on record.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your details or to remove your access at any time. You can also remove this app's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
